Lemon sorbet
Recipe for 4 people
Ingredients:
  • 90 g. of lemon pulp Frugy
  • 200 g. of sugar
  • 1/2 liter of water
  • 2 white eggs
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 stick of cinnamon or mint leaves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Preparation:
    1. Lemon peel is scraped and mixed with lemon pulp Frugy thawed.
    2. Boil the water with sugar and cinnamon and when it starts to boil keeps cooking for about 10 minutes more. Allow to cool.
    3. When nearly cold is mixed with the juice and zest, you can also take a bit of ground cinnamon. He goes into the fridge freezer.
    4. When it starts to freeze 2 egg whites beaten until firm snow well (with a pinch of salt) and mix it with what we've put in the freezer.
    5. He turns to get into it, until it is cold and hard.





    Toston with shredded beef
    Recipe for 10 plantain
    Ingredients:
  • 10 green plantains frozen Frugy
  • 1 kg. of stewing beef cut Res
  • 1 onion
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of oregano
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (or crushed)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or wine or beer
  • Preparation:
    1. Cook the meat in a pot with water until very soft.
    2. Save about 1/2 cup broth to the sauce.
    3. Comminuting meat into strands
    4. Cut the peppers and diced onions, garlic into very small pieces.

    Portion for 6 people. Preparation time= 50 minutes.
    Ingredients:
  • Dough: 2 cups large cookies, crushed vanilla
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • Filling: 1 can of 400 g. (14 oz.) of condensed milk
  • 4 lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of vanilla flavor
  • 300 ml of sweetened peach pulp
  • Unflavored gelatin
  • Cover: 100 ml sweetened peach pulp
  • 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
  • Preparation:
    1. Mass: In a bowl mix the crushed biscuit with melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie pan. Take it to a preheated oven at 350 ºF (180 ºC) for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.
    2. Filling: Add to peach pulp sweetened tablespoon gelatin dissolved in ¼ cup flavored hot water when you go back to thick add pie shell.
    3. Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and pour it into the mold above the sugary pulp.
    4. Cover: Pour 100 ml. of sweetened pulp in a saucepan and add the cornstarch previously dissolved in cold water.
    5. Bring to a boil until thickened. Remove from heat. Cool a few minutes and pour over the mold. Then take it sets the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.





    Brownies with figs
    Recipe for 24 figs. Estimated time: 35 minutes
    Ingredients:
  • 500 g. of figs in syrup of Frugy
  • Butter: 150 g.
  • Black Chocolate: 90 g.
  • Sugar: 300 g.
  • Flour: 150 g.
  • Vanilla extract 1 and 1/2 tablespoon
  • Baking powder: 1 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chopped nuts: 150 g.
  • Nueces picadas: 150 g. Eggs: 3 units

  • Preparation:
    1. Put the chocolate and butter in a bowl and heat over low heat until they melt.
    2. Once melted remove from the heat and added the previously sifted flour and baking powder, sugar, vanilla and nuts. Stir everything and added the eggs.
    3. These ingredients are mixed well to obtain a homogeneous mass finally add the chopped figs and poured into a mold previously buttered, it is preferable to use a narrow rectangular pan brownies that have the right shape and size.
    4. He goes into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until it is slightly crispy on the surface and tender on the inside.
    5. When the dough is already cooked, allow to cool, remove the mold and cut not very large paintings as it is a type of pasta that easily fills the stomach.





    Strawberry strudel
    Ingredients:
    Mass:
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 dash of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
    Filling:
  • 250 g.  of FRUGY frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 kg. of fresh cheese
  • 150 g. of ground almonds
  • 8 tablespoons of sugar
  • The grated zest of a lemon
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g. cookies Maria biscuit type
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
  • Preparation:
    1. Mass: Pour the flour in a bowl and pour in the center 1 egg, sugar, the butter and the pinch of salt. Add the milk and knead until you get a smooth mass without lumps and give the mass a round shape. Close the bowl with a cloth and let it rest for half an hour.
    2. Filling: In other bowl mix the fresh cheese with the suger, 1 egg, sugar, the grated zest of a lemon, the ground almonds, the crushed cookies maria biscuit type and the chopped strawberries. Mix until you get homogeneous mass.
    3. Stretch the mass with a rolling pin and put it over a rectangle of transparent plastic-wrap. Apply the melted butter on top and pour the mix in the center. With the help of the plastic-wrap, roll the mass in form of a swiss roll. Apply the mixed egg in the surface and pour it in the previously hot oven at medium temperature for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven and when it is cold, sprinkle with the icing sugar.
